Product description
Dimensionally stable basic vessel and screw cover made of TFM, homogenous, non-porous surface. 1 piece of sealing and rupture membranes already mounted, 10 sets of replacement membranes included in delivery. For samples of up to max. 0,5 g.
Applications
Microwave ovens are often used for making quick and easy digestions. The energy of a microwave oven penetrates the material of the vessel almost without any loss. It only heats the liquid within a few seconds over the boiling point.
BOLA Digestion Vessels are made of TFM, a modified PTFE with thermoplastic parts for a homogenous, non-porous surface which avoids contamination and
memory effects.
As soon as the pressure exceeds the maximum limit, the rupture membrane bursts and the released liquid will be drained through an optional tubing (O.D. 6,35 mm / 1/4”) into a separately available collecting vessel.
