On 19th February 2013, Stefan Brennfleck, our apprentice, passed his exams to be a skilled worker.
Every staff member, except of the other apprentices, was allowed to beat the young, freshly graduated skilled worker with a wooden paddle. In memoriam to this ceremony the paddle has been handed over to Mr. Brennfleck by our training manager Uwe Hossfeld.
